My Westmed Features & Benefits
My Westmed, a free password-protected online patient portal, offers 24-hour access for Westmed patients. By registering with My Westmed, the patient can take advantage of the following features and benefits of the service.
- Access Personal health record and information
- Track health and wellness measurements like weight, blood pressure or hours slept
- Access to lab results, medication, and diagnosis lists

How to Sign Up My Westmed Online
The adult patient at age of 18 years or over can register for My Westmed with one of the clerical associates at a Westmed medical office with a valid picture ID. As a patient, you can also sign up for My Westmed Portal on the internet and create an Online Account to access the service. For that, you can follow the registration steps provided below.
- Go to the official Westmed website at westmedgroup.com and click on the “my westmed” at the top right corner of the page.
- Or, you can directly access the My Westmed Patient Portal at login.westmedgroup.com
- Click on the “Don’t have an account? Click here to Sign up!” link found at the bottom of the ‘LOG IN TO MY WESTMED’ box.
- Entering the registration page, provide some of your personal information i.e. legal first and last name, date of birth, address, city, state, and zip code.
- Select your gender and enter an active and valid email address of yours
- Create a username and password for your My Westmed Account. The password must be at least 8 characters in total including at least 1 number, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, and 1 of the special characters.
- Retype the same password to confirm.
- Select a security question and set the answer
- Click on the “Next Step” button to complete the confirmation step and sign up for My Westmed.
How to Log In My Westmed Online Account
Once you are successfully registered for My Westmed Patient Portal and set up an account online, you can log in to the site to use My Westmed to access and manage your health information at any time as you want. For logging in to your My Westmed Online Account, you can
- Visit My Westmed Portal at login.westmedgroup.com
- Enter the Username and Password that you created during registration in their respective fields on LOG IN TO MY WESTMED in the middle of the page.
- Click on the “Log In” button and you will land on My Westmed Home.
In the My Westmed homepage, you can see various self-service features that you can access from the left-hand side navigation bar. Some of these features and options available in My Westmed Patient Portal are Home, Profile, Appointments, Message, Contact and Privacy, Forms, Medical Records, Billing, Prescriptions, Results, Support Center, and more.

How to Recover My Westmed Account Login Info
The My Westmed portal users, who have forgotten their online account login credentials, can retrieve them online and regain your My Westmed access. To do that, you can
- Click on the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your username?” link, based on your requirement, under the login button at My Westmed Portal.
- Fill out an online form with your first name, last name, date of birth and email address for username retrieval.
- For password resetting, just enter your My Westmed Online Account username.
- Click on the “Recover Username” or “Reset my Password” button.
Westmed will send you a code to the cell phone number on file before allowing the password reset or username recovery to protect your privacy. If no such phone number on your My Westmed file, an authentication link will be sent to your email address.
